Rates are intended per flat per night, by 2 adults.

Extra charge for third adult or 1 - 2 children: + 20%

Prices include:

  • all bills (light and water)
  • house cleanings (twice a week and after each departure)
  • weekly change of bed linens
  • twice a week change of towels
  • detergents for the kitchen

    Hosts may enter the flat after 5 pm on the arrival day and are requested to clear it by noon on the departure day.
